Josh is the global chair of Cooley’s digital health group. He represents businesses at all stages of their life cycle from startups to public companies with a focus on healthcare technology companies (both consumer and enterprise). Josh represents issuers and underwriters in public offerings, and has substantial experience representing buyers and sellers in M&A and issuers and investors in private company financings. He regularly advises his clients on general corporate issues, securities matters and implications of proposed business transactions.
