Mike joined Simtra Biopharma Solutions in 2024 and is responsible for the commercial strategy as well as partnerships and collaborations. Mike´s leadership is defined by a deep commitment to customer centricity and whether working with large pharmaceutical firms or smaller companies with limited manufacturing experience, Mike is proud to lead a team committed to being trusted experts and guides, helping customers navigate complex hurdles with ease. Before joining Simtra, Mike was the Chief Commercial Officer at LTS Lohmann Therapie-Systeme AG, a global leader in drug delivery systems based in Germany. He also held commercial and business unit leadership roles at Aenova and West Pharmaceutical Services. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed global teams, led key acquisitions, and developed strategies that significantly contributed to business growth. Mike holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and a Master in Chemistry from the Ruhr University Bochum in Germany.
